Security first

IRIS Firm Management is hosted entirely in Microsoft’s Azure environment. It leverages cloud resources within Azure to transmit, process, host, and store application code, client data, client websites, and benefits from the system monitoring utilities. 

• IFM has SOC2 Accreditation. 

• Database configuration enables each firm to maintain its database, ensuring storage in the correct jurisdiction and providing more flexible options for downloading data to local data warehouses or data lakes. 

• Access for employees is via Azure Portal on the web using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Microsoft Server Management Studio (SSMS). 
• Ensure business continuity with weekly database backups that are automatically encrypted and securely stored, protecting your firm and delivering fast recovery if disaster strikes.
