As President and General Manager, Americas, Shemin Nurmohamed leads IRIS’ North American business, driving growth, innovation, and customer value across the region. She is responsible for strengthening IRIS’ presence in the market and ensuring we deliver solutions that create measurable impact for our customers.
Shemin brings more than 25 years of experience scaling technology and SaaS organisations globally. Before joining IRIS, she served as President of Sending Technology Solutions at Pitney Bowes, where she led a $1.3B division. Prior to that, she spent 17 years with IBM in EMEA, holding senior finance and operational leadership roles, including serving as CFO for IBM Systems. Her proven track record in leading transformation and building customer-centric strategies positions IRIS to accelerate growth and deliver long-term value for customers and partners across North America.
