Star joins the IRIS Software Group

The Star Practice Management business has joined the IRIS Software Group, a UK corporation capitalized at $2.5 Billion that focuses on the Accounting, Education and Payroll Sectors, up to now mainly in the UK.

IRIS acquired Star’s UK Payroll business in 2018, and it has since expanded and prospered very well. Now the IRIS Software Group’s strategic plan is focused on international expansion, predominantly in North America. Accordingly, IRIS recognized that Star is the most logical investment as leader in the provision of advanced Practice Management solutions to CPA firms in the USA, Canada and Caribbean Islands.
